Eatin' Right thanks to Cookin' Light!

No matter how busy I am, I think it is very important to eat a good and healthy dinner.  It's always hard to find the time, but you have to make the time.  Usually on the weekend I will plan my dinners for the week so when I hit the grocery store I know what I have to buy.  Thanks to my lovely subscription to Cooking Light magazine, there is never a shortage of dinner options.  Here is one of my faves....more to come soon!
